Duluth Program

​

Alpha Tennis a Part Time & Full Time program designed for high level tournament players who choose to train during the traditional school day. We offer a Part Time Academy program (1:30 pm-5:30 pm) and a Full Time Academy program (7:30 am-5:30 pm). Players will be evaluated to determine placement into these programs. The program utilizes ITF/USTA/UTR ranking systems for final placement. The Academy program is currently held 5 Days/wk, Monday-Friday.

Tennis

Part Time & Full Time Academy drill sessions are led by our world class Academy Coaching Tennis Professionals. Our staff consists of National Coaches & Regional Training Center coaches, coaches who have toured with grand slam champions and Grand slam Champions. Our combined experience makes our product one of the finest programs in the country.  

Tournaments

The players in the PT & FT Academy compete in Southern, National and International (ITF) Tournaments.  Each player is training to get to their next level through intense drills, competitive point play, tennis specific conditioning, as well as weekly match play. In addition, mental sessions are regularly provided to better educate players on strategy, assist players’ mindset, and maximize their performance during all levels of play. Tournament coaching, chaperoning/travel and nutrition recommendations are also provided to this group.

 

Pathway

The Academy Program is home to the best players in Atlanta and the nation. We have players from all around the world who come train with us. Our goal is to personalize every player with the expertise of our team.

• National Track; playing the needed sectional tournaments, these players are playing at least 6 National events to get to this level within the next 6 months to 1 year. (UTR 9.0+)

• International Track; playing the needed national tournaments, these players are committing to play at least 6 ITF events to get ready for this worldwide level of competition. (UTR 10.5+)

• Transition Pro Track; having played at a top national level as well as at a very high level in the ITF’s, these few players are playing at least 6-10 Pro events. This schedule may also include the Grand Slam Junior events if they are still age-eligible. (UTR 12.5+)

 

High Performance Program

Our High Performance program is by invitation only. Players in this group are between the ages of 7-18. This program is geared towards committed players/parents.  The players in this group compete in 1-2 tournaments a month. These after school sessions consist of instructional drills, match play and on court athletic development.

 High Performance is offered 4 days a week with a 3 day minimum requirement to join this group.
